ജനങ്ങൾ പ്രമാണികൾ ചേകവർ ദുഷ്കൎമ്മികൾ എന്നീ നാലു വകക്കാരുടെ ദൂഷണാദികൾ.

MATT. XXVII.

39 And they that passed by reviled
him, wagging their heads,

40 And saying, Thou that destroyest
the temple, and buildest it in three
days, save thyself. If thou be the Son
of God, come down from the cross.

41. Likewise also the chief priests mock-
ing him, with the scribes and elders,
said,

42 He saved others; himself he can-
not save. If he be the King of Israel,
let him now come down from the cross,
and we will believe him.

43 He trusted in God; let him deliver
him now, if he will have him: for he
said, I am the Son of God.

44. The thieves also, which were cruci-
fied with him, cast the same in his teeth.

MARK XV.

29 And they that passed by
railed on him, wagging their
heads, and saying, Ah, thou
that destroyest the temple,
and buildest it in three days,

30 Save thyself, and come
down from the cross.

31. Likewise also the chief
priests mocking said among
themselves with the scribes,

Israel descend now from the
cross, that we may see and
believe. And they that
were crucified with him

LUKE XXIII.

also with them derided him,

him save himself, if he

36 And the soldiers also
mocked him, coming to
him, and offering him
vinegar,

37 And saying, If thou
be the king of the Jews,
save thyself.

factors which were hanged
railed on him, saying, If thou
be Christ, save thyself and us.

b) The third word. മനന്തിരിയുന്ന കള്ളനോട് ഉണ്ടായ മൂന്നാം വാക്യം.

LUKE XXIII.
40 But the other answering rebuked him,
saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou
art in the same condemnation?

41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the
due reward of our deeds: but this man hath
done nothing amiss.

42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember
me when thou comest into thy kingdom.

43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say
unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in
paradise.

i) The three hours' darkness. മൂന്നു മണിക്കൂറോളം ഉണ്ടായ ഇരിട്ടു.

45 Now from the sixth hour
there was darkness over all
the land unto the ninth
hour.

MARK XV.

33 And when the sixth hour
was come, there was dark-
ness over the whole land until
the ninth hour.

LUKE XXIII.

44 And it was about the sixth hour,
and there was a darkness over all
the earth until the ninth hour.

45 And the sun was darkened, . . .

j) The fourth word. "എൻ ദൈവമേ, എൻ ദൈവമേ" എന്ന നാലാം വാക്യം.

MATT. XXVII.

46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with
a loud voice, saying, ELI, ELI, LAMA SABACH-
THANI ? that is to say, My God, my God,
why hast thou forsaken me?

47 Some of them that stood there, when they
heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.

MARK XV.

34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a
loud voice, saying, ELOI, ELOI, LAMA SABACH-
THANI? which is, being interpreted, My God,
my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

35 And some of them that stood by, when they
heard it, said, Behold, he calleth Elias.

k) The fifth word. "ദാഹിക്കുന്നു" എന്ന അഞ്ചാം വാക്യം.

JOHN XIX. 28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the
scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

l) The draught of vinegar. യേശു കാടിരസം കുടിച്ചതു.

MATT. XXVII.

48 And straightway one of them
ran, and took a spunge, and filled
it with vinegar, and put it on a
reed, and gave him to drink.

49. The rest said, Let be, let us see
whether Elias will come to save him.

MARK XV.

36 And one ran and filled a
spunge full of vinegar, and put
it on a reed, and gave him to
drink, saying, Let alone; let us
see whether Elias will come to
take him down.

JOHN XIX.

29 Now there was set a
vessel full of vinegar:
and they filled a spunge
with vinegar, and put it
upon hyssop, and put
it to his mouth.

m) The sixth word. "നിവൃത്തിയായി" എന്ന ആറാം വാക്യം.

JOHN XIX. 30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: . . .

n) The seventh word. Jesus expires. ഏഴാം വാക്യവും പ്രാണത്യാഗവും.

50 Jesus, when he
had cried again with
a loud voice, yielded
up the ghost.

MARK XV.

37 And Jesus

voice, and gave
up the ghost.
