It appears from the above report that the public money and records under charge of the deceased have been taken charge of by his nephew Rama Panikar. As I consider this individual fit for the office, I have directed him to act as Adhikari until I receive your orders. I therefore beg to recommend that the above mentioned Rama Panikar may be appointed to the situation referred to.
