തത്വം S. 1. the being that, essential nature,
truth നമുക്കു തത്വമായിട്ട് ഒരു തെളിവുണ്ടാ
കും TR. മമ തത്വാനുഭൂതി വരും AR. he
will share my divine nature. തത്വതോ വൃ
ത്താന്തങ്ങൾ അറിയിച്ചു Nal. truly. 2. reality
(Bhg. 24 or 26 or 40 etc.; in the Sānkhya
system 25, in KeiN 96. f. i. 5 ജ്ഞാനേന്ദ്രി
യം 5 കൎമ്മേന്ദ്രിയം 10 വിഷയം 4 മനോബു
ദ്ധി അഹങ്കാരചിത്തങ്ങൾ 1 ആത്മാവിനോ
ടുകൂട പഞ്ചവിംശതി ഉണ്ടാം). In Ved. D. 28.
In Vēdānta ത. is derived from tad + twam:
“that (God) art thou (individual)” see the
