Basic usage:

Usage with additional parameters:

This template is meant to be used at the top of all pages. Fill in any relevant information, and leave unknown or inapplicable parameters empty.

Additional parameters:

noby     = (empty)    - doesn't show "by" in the header
noby     = something  - show "something" instead of "by" in the header

noautor  = (empty) - doesn't show author's section in the header
noautor  = author  - show "author" in the header but without link to the author's page

previous = show previous page in the header
next     = show next page in the header

notes    = show additional notes under the header
