                         33rd STORY
A Brahmin in indigent circumstances, one day received a pot of flour as a present from a certain merchant. in his way home, being tired,he seated himself on the verandah of a house, and said thus to himself-"if I sell this pot of flour I shall get half a Rupee for it, with which, I can purchase a lamb;this in a short time will produce me a whole flock, I Will then sell them and buy cows, buffaloes, &c. and thus in a few years I shall be master of about two thousand head of cattle. I will furnish elegantly, and marry a beautiful young lady, who will complete my happiness by giving me a son. My wife will be particularly fond of me, but in order that she may not be too familiar, I shall some times repel her when she comes to caress me, and I may even give her a kick now and then." Unfortunately,he suited the action to the word then speaking the last sentence, and kicked the pot of flour into the dirt, with which went all his dreams of future happiness.
