the property of (Kelloo) the 2nd. Petitioner's Tarawad having been sold by him to the 1st. Petitioner Cannan with the consent of his family for it's full value on the 22nd. Kanny 1024, we request that you will direct the registry of the said land and Paramba to be transferred from the name of the 2nd. Petitioner to that of the 1st. Petitioner Cannan, and that the revenue demand thereon may be received from him (the 2nd. Petitioner) in future. 15th Toolam 1024

Talook. ഹർജിക്കാരൻ a Petitioner, s. m. തറവാട an undivided Mala- bar family, s.n. ജന്മമായിരിക്കുന്നു to be possessed on fee-simple tenure, തറവാട്ട ജന്മമായിരുന്നു the jenm right (i.e. the proprietary right) of which belonged to the Tarwad. നിലം a strip of Paddy land, s.n. തെക്ക് south, southern, adj. പറമ്പ് all high dry ground: thence a garden which is generally on the high ground above the paddy land. പിടിപ്പത വില the proper value, the value that a thing should fetch.
