12 റ്റൊരു കുരങ്ങ ഇരുന്ന മാങ്ങ തിന്നുന്നുണ്ട അതിനെ ഭയ പ്പെടുത്തി ആ മാമ്പഴവും തിന്നുകൊള്ളാമെന്ന നിശ്ചയിച്ച ഉറ ക്കെ കരഞ്ഞു അപ്പൊൾ അതിന്റെ വായിലിരിന്ന മാമ്പഴം കിണറ്റിൽ വീണുപൊയി അതിനാൽ ആ കുരങ്ങ ഏറ്റവും വ്യസനിച്ചു. അതുകൊണ്ട നാം മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ മുതൽ ആഗ്ര ഹിച്ചാൽ നമുക്കു ഉള്ളതകൂടി പൊയിപ്പൊകും.
10th.STORY. While a monkey was sitting on the brink of a well eating a
mango,he looked in and saw his own shadow. Thinking it was another monkey eating a mango inside and wishing to frighten it that he might get that fruit also,he cried out loudly, and let the fruit which he had in his mouth fall into the well; whereupon the monkey was very much grieved.Thus,if we covet the goods of another,we shall lose our own.
