പാട്ടച്ചീട്ടു B., — ശീട്ടു MR. 1. a lease given to

പാട്ടപ്രവൃത്തി the office of rent-gatherer,
victualler in temples.
പാട്ടമാളി (doc. MR.) & പാട്ടാളി. 1. a collector
of rents for Rājas (വാണിയം പാട്ടാളി കാൎയ്യ
ക്കാരൻ TP.), temples. 2. (like prec.) a
manager of temple-property, generally
hereditary (one of the കാരാളർ).
പാട്ടാവകാശം MR. possession by a lease; claim
of rent.
പാട്ടോല, (So. പാട്ടയോല) a deed of lease എഴു
തിക്കൊടുത്ത പാ.; പാ. ക്കാലം തികഞ്ഞു the
lease is expired — ഉഭയപ്പാ. ക്കരണം a lease
of ricefields — പാ’ക്കാരൻ MR. a tenant.
