6th. The regular form of the reflective pronoun for the second person
singular is thus,
താൻ തന്നെ അത ചെയ്യെണം.

For the second person plural, used in this sense, നിങ്ങൾ is employ-
ed; as,
നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെ അവിടെ ചെല്ലണം.
Go there yourselves.
For the third person singular the form is thus,
തന്നെ താൻ കുത്തി മരിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
He stabbed himself and died.
For the third person plural അവർ തന്നെ, or തങ്ങൾ തന്നെ is
in common use; as,
തങ്ങൾക്ക നാശം തങ്ങൾ തന്നെ.
Their destruction was their own work.
അവർ അത മൊഷ്ടിച്ചു എന്ന അവർ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞു.
They themselves acknowledged that they stole it.
The plural forms are sometimes thus,
അവർ തങ്ങൾ തന്നെ കുറ്റക്കാരാകുന്നു എന്ന എറ്റ പ
റഞ്ഞു.
They confessed themselves guilty.
അവർ തങ്ങളെ തന്നെ ഇന്നാർ എന്ന അറിയിച്ചു.
They themselves said who they were; or, They declared themselves
to be such persons.
