ഊ ഊ The sixth letter in the Malayalim alphabet, or the third long vowel in the alphabet corresponding to U long, and pronounced as that letter is in the word rule. ഊകാരം, ത്തിന്റെ. s. The name of the vowel ഊ. ഊക്ക, ിന്റെ. s. Strength, power. ഊക്കൻ, ന്റെ. s. A strong person. ഊക്കഴിക്കുന്നു, ച്ചു, പ്പാൻ. v. a.
