വന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്തെ പത്തുള്ളവങ്കൽ ഏല്പിക്കും. ക്രിസ്തുസേവയിൽ ശുഷ്കാ
ന്തിയുള്ളവൎക്കേ ആ സേവയുടെ മഹത്വം അനുഭവമായ്വരും. അതിന്റെ
ശേഷമത്രെ മത്സരക്കാരുടെ ശിക്ഷ.

മൂവൎക്കു കൊടുത്ത താലന്തുകളുടെ ഉപമ (മത്ത. ൨൫, ൧൪) മുമ്പേത്ത
തിനോട് ഏകദേശം ഒക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും ഭേദം ഉണ്ടു. ഒരു താലന്തു ൬൦ മ്നാവുള്ളതു.
ശിഷ്യരുടെ സ്ഥാനവും വിളിയും (§ ൪൨) ഹീനമായും ഒരുപോലെയും കാണു
ന്നു; ആത്മവരങ്ങളോ സമൃദ്ധിയും അവരവരിൽ താരതമ്യവും ഉള്ളവയത്രെ.
നാഥൻ ഓരോരുത്തന്നു അവനവന്റെ ശക്തിക്കു തക്കവണ്ണം അഞ്ചും രണ്ടും
ഒന്നും കൊടുത്തു. ഇരുവർ അതിനെ ഇരട്ടിപ്പായി വൎദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചതു ദേവരാജ്യ
ത്തിന്നായി നിത്യം കഷ്ടിച്ച് അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചതിനാൽ തന്നെ. അതുകൊണ്ടു നാ
ഥന്റെ സ്വാസ്ഥ്യസന്തോഷത്തിലും കൂടുവാൻ കല്പന വരുന്നു. നിസ്സാര
നായ വേലക്കാരന്നു ധനഛേദം മാത്രമല്ല വെളിച്ച രാജ്യത്തിന്ന് അതിദൂരമുള്ള
ഇരിട്ടിലേ വാസവും വിധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
